Q. Will i be able to return a product and get a refund if iam not happy with it?
A: All returned parcels must be unopened and in good condition to recieve a full refund.
Q. Who pays the return shipping costs?
A: It is the responsibility of the the sender to cover the shipping costs, unless PRONutrition is resposible for the returned product, i.e wrong flavour, size sent etr.
Q. What about danmaged items?
A: All damaged items must be reported within 12 hrs of the goods being received along with proof of damage (photos) for a refund to be issued.
