Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery method.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: If you want your delivery guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm, you can select this option for Royal Mail's special delivery service.

If your order is under 2kgs but you'd prefer a courier delivery then you can also select from the options below.

Orders Over  2kgs

Orders over 2kg are sent by our courier, ANC and generally require a signature. The following time specific options are available:

ANC 24hr - This is a next working day service but occasionally the delivery may take an extra day. 24hr delivery is £8.99.

ANC 48hr - This service should take two working days, but occasionally may take an extra day or may arrive a day early. This service is free on all orders over 2kgs.

Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by approx 2.30pm for Royal Mail and 3.00pm for ANC. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request at admin@pronutrition.uk.com and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. This will depend on the delivery option that you select.  95% of our orders will be delivered within 48 hours (1 -2 days) unless you pay for guaranteed next day service. These will be with you the next working day when order before 2.00pm.
Please note that the guaranteed next day service price depends on the weight of the item (under 2kgs & over 2kgs). Please choose the correct postage service as chosing incorrectly may delay delivery time.
